Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. Once full payment has been been made, refunds will not be given. Credit notes for cancellations may be given, subject to circumstances. At least 24 hour's notice must be given for cancellations for all services. For camps and courses, at least 2 week's notice must be given.
